Fullest Method is a wellness app, not a medical provider. We collect data to

help you track what supplements actually work for your body and to make our AI

recommendations smarter over time. We don't sell your personal data. Ever.

Fullest Method ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Fullest Method mobile and

web application. Our app helps you eliminate guesswork around wellness and

supplementation by using your personal data and preferences to surface

personalized insights over time.

and what rights you have over it. By using the app, you agree to the practices

4. IMPORTANT: WE ARE NOT A MEDICAL PROVIDER

Fullest Method is a wellness tracking and personalization tool. Nothing in the

app constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The AI recommendations

we provide are based on your logged data and general wellness information -- they

are not a substitute for professional medical advice.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or

changing any supplement or health regimen.

5. HOW WE SHARE YOUR DATA

We do not sell your personal data. Period.

We share data only in these limited situations:

- Service providers: Trusted third parties who help us run the app (cloud

hosting, payment processing, analytics, email delivery). They are

contractually bound to use your data only to perform services for us.

- AI and analytics infrastructure: De-identified or aggregated wellness data

may be used to train and improve our recommendation models. We do not share

identifiable health data with AI providers.

- Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or to protect the rights

and safety of our users or the public.

- Business transfers: If Fullest Method is acquired or merges with another

company, your data may transfer as part of that transaction. We will notify

you beforehand.

6. DATA RETENTION

We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide

the service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your

personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for

legal or financial record-keeping purposes.

Fullest Method is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the

"Last Updated" date at the top and notify you via email or in-app notice for

any material changes. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept
